Don Brown is a former U.S. Navy JAG Officer, constitutional attorney, and nationally best-selling author of military fiction and nonfiction books. He was honored by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & the Richard Nixon Presidential Library to present his profile of Captain Jerry Yellin, which tells the true story of the final combat mission of World War II.
Don has appeared on dozens of television and radio shows across the nation, including the Sean Hannity Show, where he successfully fought for his client, Army Lt. Clint Lorance, to earn a pardon from President Donald Trump for an unjust prosecution by the Obama administration.
Don Brown graduated from the University of North Carolina, and after finishing law school at Campbell University, continued his post-graduate studies through the Naval War College, earning the Navy’s nonresident certificate in International Law.
During his 16 years of service in the Navy, Don served at the Pentagon for the Secretary of the Navy and as a US Military Prosecutor. He attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander, earning the Navy Achievement Medal, the Navy Commendation Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal.
